At CEFC, Bible study is a top priority as we learn to love God more and become like Him. In gathering together, we also share joys and burdens and make close friendships. The studies listed below, offered by Women's Ministry, begin in January. Child care is provided for children five and under for all morning studies held at the church. Please provide information about your children when signing up.

Precept Ministries Inductive Study

Psalms
The songs and prayers of the Psalms are deep expressions of joy, fear, shame, sadness, and at times even rage. Our God in heaven waits on His throne, pleased to receive the prayers of His children. God's unchanging character is revealed in the midst of life experiences of Psalms' multiple authors. As we see this, we are led to worship with them. This 10-week Navigator study in Psalms will help broaden and deepen our understanding and experience of prayer and worship. "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”

Gospel of Matthew — Part Two
The kingdom of God is one binding theme for the whole Bible. In this study we will encounter King Jesus, the long awaited Messiah, who came to establish God's kingdom. The kingdom has been defined as "God's people in God's place under God's rule." God longs for us to enjoy intimate relationship with him in his presence. As he is a perfect, holy God, that is possible only as we submit to his loving rule through a life of obedience. Enjoy a devotional approach to studying the Word and interactive small group discussion. ”

A Praying Life - Book Study for Young Women
(ages 18-35)
If you are seeking fellowship with other believers your age and encouragement from God's Word, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We will be studying the lives of young women in the Bible. You don't have to purchase a book, just come with your Bible.
